Privacy Policy — VOS Company
In short: VOS Company is a private app that Vihotar uses to run its own business. It is not offered to the public. It connects only to Vihotar's own company Google account, uses that account's Google Drive to store and read the company's files, never sells data, and never uses data from Google to train AI models.
Who we are
VOS Company ("VOS", "we") is the internal operating system of Vihotar Inc (Wyoming, USA). It is used only by Vihotar's owner and the company's own AI assistants that work for him. Contact: aivihotar@gmail.com.
Which Google account VOS connects to
VOS can connect only to the company's Google account aivihotar@gmail.com. Any other Google account is refused, and its access is given back to Google straight away.
What Google data VOS uses, and why
- Your email address (from Google sign-in): only to check that the company account is the one connecting.
- Google Drive files (the "See, edit, create and delete all of your Google Drive files" permission): VOS keeps the company's files in a "VOS" folder in that Drive — files the owner uploads in VOS, and files VOS's assistants save — and lets the company's AI assistants search and read the company's own Drive files so they can do the work the owner asks for. Folders marked as not for VOS are hidden from the assistants.
VOS does not use Google data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it for anything other than running Vihotar's own work.
Who else sees the data
- AI processing: to do a task, the text of a file may be passed to the AI service that powers the company's assistants (Anthropic's Claude), under Vihotar's own account. It is used only to carry out that task.
- Hosting: VOS runs on Cloudflare. Its records are stored there; the files themselves stay in Google Drive.
- Nothing is shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How the connection is kept safe
- VOS is behind a company sign-in; only the owner can open it.
- The Google access key VOS receives is stored encrypted and is never shown on any screen, log or message.
- Every file upload, view and read is recorded in VOS's own activity log.
Keeping and deleting data
- Files stay in the company's own Google Drive for as long as the company keeps them there.
- The connection can be removed at any time in VOS (Settings → Tools & Accounts → Google Drive → Disconnect) or in the Google account's security settings. Disconnecting gives the access back to Google and deletes the stored key.
Google API Services User Data Policy
VOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Google is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
